Open Spots for Gremlins and Midgets

Thank you to all the people that arrived early that braved the cold this morning for Tigres sign ups. It is amazing that so many families are interested in youth track and field, you make Tigres a great organization, I thank you and so does the board.

Good News!

We have 5 openings Midgets (Year of birth - 1998, 1999) and 12 opening for Gremlins (Year of birth 2002, 2003). If you have a Midget or Gremlin age child that would like to join Tirgres please contact Lana Campbell at lanacampbell@adelphia.net First come first serve.

Bad News but still somewhat good

Y&I and Bantams are full including a wait list, however the Oxnard Stars, the Ojai Roadrunners and Heritage Valley Blazers are accepting athletes please contact them, you will not be disappointed.

Help Haiti - Donate Shoes

Inside Track is collecting Kids Shoes (any type old, new, tennis, sneakers - any and all) for Children in Haiti. Bring your old shoes to Tigres sign ups this Saturday or drop them by Inside Track by this Sunday. The organization Inside Track is supporting is KIRF Kirwin International http://kirfaid.org/

Registration Saturday Jan 30

Registration will continue this Saturday at Anacapa Middle School Cafeteria from 8:00 to 10:00 am. Applicants will be processed on a first come first serve basis, and spots are limited for each age group.

Advanced Registration for Tigres Families in Good Standing

This registration is only for families sent preregistration packages.
NO applications will be given out on this registration date.
There is no point for hopeful registrants to come to this advanced registration.

Public Registration

• Saturday, January 30, 2010
• Time - 8:00 am
• Anacapa Middle School

First come first serve sign-up for whatever openings are still available following the processing of all Preregistration.

Sorry but there is an error in the mailer that was sent out for returning athletes in good standing. The correct Age Groups defined by year of birth are as follows:

Bantams 2000-2001
Midgets 1998-1999
Youths 1996-1997
