2017 TIGRES REGISTRATION DATES:
Ventura Tigres will begin registration for 2017 this coming week! Starting with Priority Registration for returning athletes followed by Open Registration as follows:
PRIORITY REGISTRATION: On December 1st, Priority Registration will begin and it will run through December 9th. We will send out an email on the morning of December 1st to all those who participated last year and fulfilled their volunteer duty. Email will contain instructions for signing up online.
*PLEASE NOTE* The PRIORITY registration window is slightly shorter from last year, so if you are returning with priority registration status you are urged to register during the priority registration window to guarantee your athletes spot. You can still register AFTER December 9th but it will be based on availability.
OPEN REGISTRATION: For all those who are just signing up for the first time or if you did not participate last year, welcome/welcome back! Open Registration will begin on December 10th, and registration will be open to all. You will receive an email the morning of December 10th with a link to register online. Some age groups WILL fill up the same day – so be ready that day if you dont want to miss out!
**AGE VERIFICATION** We are required to verify the age of all Tigres participants – if you are returning, then you have already satisfied this requirement. All new participants with Ventura Tigres must have a age verification on file with us before participating in any Tigres activity including practices. The easiest way to do this is during online registration as you will be given the option to securely upload a copy of your child’s birth certificate. Once it has been verified, the document will be instantly deleted from our registration portal!
Registration will run until full. If, when you go to register your athlete, you find out his/her age group is full, you will have the option to be put onto our waitlist. The waitlist is first come first served. If a spot frees up, we will offer the spot to the first person on the waitlist for that age group and you will have 24 hours to complete registration before it is then offered to the next on the list.

2017 BOARD MEMBERS:
The Ventura Tigres have elected Kris Shah as Board President for 2017. This will be the 6th season Kris Shah as served on the board, replacing Barry Reagan as president. Barry generously served on the board for 5 years, 4 years as Tigres President.
