Due to the current status of the coronavirus (COVID-19) concerns and the closure of all Ventura Unified School District schools for the remainder of the school year, Ventura Tigres has decided to officially cancel the 2020 Tigres season.

We appreciate all our volunteers who all helped us put together a great practice meet and we look forward to the 2021 season. The board has decided to refund registration fees. We will be working to issue refunds (registration fee for each athlete minus some costs the team has already incurred, such as for practice rentals, league fees, equipment, etc.). Please bear with us as we get these refunds out as it will take a while to issue individual refunds for 300 athletes.

All 2020 Tigres athletes will receive priority registration for the 2021 season. Looking ahead to the 2021 season we are looking for several new board members to replace some of our longtime board members whose children have aged out of our program. We are still looking for board members to fill the following board positions:

  • Apparel
  • Staging
  • Treasurer
