Hello Parents,

Welcome to a new season of Tigres track.  I hope that you and your athlete are excited and ready to begin practice this Monday, February 10 from 4:30-5:30 at Arroyo Verde park.  The Bantams team will meet in front of the first set of bathrooms as you enter the park.

I will hold a brief parent meeting at the beginning of practice to give you an overview of the season.  Please plan on remaining at the park for the first half hour so I can discuss some important details about the season and answer any questions that you might have.

For those of you concerned about what your athlete should pack for our workouts, I’ve attached a list of important items for the kids to bring to practice each day.

I look forward to meeting you next week and getting the season under way.

The Practice Bag

The following items will be helpful as you pack for practice:

• Sweatpants or tights

• Sweatshirt, jacket, or long sleeves

• Comfortable exercise shorts

• Comfortable exercise shirt

• Comfortable, properly fitting running shoes

• Hat

• Water bottle (marked with your child’s name)

• Extra socks (just in case)

• Snack (for after practice)

• Sunscreen

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO MARK YOUR ATHLETIC BAG WITH YOUR NAME.
