If you are planning on missing any practices or meets, it would be a great idea to try and get in workouts while you are gone.

All of the athletes should know what the terms mean and should be able to simulate any workouts we have. If you are not going to have access to a track and would like help with how to run some of the workouts without exact distances, feel free to contact me at: youth@venturatigres.org.
