All age groups have two regular team practice days each week. Bantams, Midgets and the Youth/Intermediate teams practice Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:30 to 6 pm at the Buena High School Track. The Gremlin age group practices Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30 to 5:30 pm at the Buena High School Track.
There will also be opportunities to work on specific events and skills on specialty practice days on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. The specialty practice schedule is posted here.
