The Tigres Hurdle coaching team would like to pass on some information regarding the practice meet.
Typically, the Midgets race over 8 hurdles. However, for the practice meet, they will only be racing over 6 hurdles (the last two hurdles will be removed). The Hurdle Coaches feel that with only a couple practices under their belt, racing over fewer hurdles would be safer. Please remember, this is a practice meet and official results do not count towards Varsity qualification and there will be no ribbons.
Also, please remember that athletes must be cleared by the Hurdle Coaches prior to participating in the hurdles at meets. Please check with the Hurdle Coaches if you have any questions about your status to participate.
