Great first week of practice!  Keep the momentum going with a run this weekend as the training plan says.

Sprinters – 10 minutes of EASY running with 4 x 100 meter strides.

Distance – 3 miles (or 25 minutes) of EZ running if you’ve run 3 miles this week.  All others, 2 miles (or 17 minutes) of EZ running.
