It is spring break for many of our athletes, but we will be holding practice as normal this week.
Our team is really starting to come together in both workouts and meets. The past couple of weeks have been amazing to watch as out athletes have learned what it’s like to lay it on the line in meets and much of that comes from how far they have come learning to give the effort in practice. Let’s not let this week of Spring break stop the momentum!
If you are around this week, please do your best to come to practice (remember the specialty practice schedule on Tuesday/Thursday and Friday as well). If you are away on vacation, please do your best to get in whatever workouts you can. Remember, the training plan is published on the website here:
We are on week 8 and all athletes should know what group they work out with and what the terms mean.
