Our Tigres athletes had a visitor at practice yesterday. Former Tigres athlete Sadie Engelhardt spoke to the team about running track and how much she enjoyed her time running with Ventura Tigres. Sadie, now a Ventura High School senior, first started her running career at age 10 when she joined Tigres. Sadie has broken many records in her years as a runner. Our Tigres athletes enjoyed talking with Sadie and asking her questions.
Sadie recently gifted a cash donation to Ventura Tigres as part of her award money. Thank you, Sadie!
