Every week, we want to recognize some great performances by our Youth and Intermediate team by making some videos. The Bolt of the Week is named after Usain Bolt (fastest man in world) and recognizes great performances by a girl sprinter and a boy sprinter. The Kick of the Week recognizes great finishes (a kick is another name for a finish) by a girl distance runner and a boy distance runner. These are not necessarily the fastest performances every week, but they are great performances for the individuals featured in the videos.
